Terms and Conditions are detailed below. Payment of the Tour deposit represents an acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
Bookings & Deposits
To confirm your booking we require 50% deposit, payable by credit card or EFT. Master Card and Visa payments will be subject to 1.5% surcharge. Balance of payment is payable no later than 60 days prior to departure. Bookings for travel within 60 days will require payment in full.
Your safety is our number one priority; occasionally adverse weather may require us to reschedule or cancel flights.
We aim to follow the published itinerary but sometimes adverse weather may dictate diversions or other alterations to the schedule.
Pearson Aviation Mildura reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any Tour or Scenic flight and shall not be liable for any loss or damage in respect of such cancellation or reschedule.
Guests wishing to reschedule bookings may do so up to 28 days prior to departure at no additional cost. Guests wishing to cancel a booking must inform Pearson Aviation Mildura in writing. Cancellation fees are payable by the guest as follows:
Up to four weeks prior to departure – $300 per passenger
Less than four weeks prior to departure – 50% of full fare
Less than two weeks prior to departure – 100% of full fare
Due to Safety regulations and Aircraft Weight and Balance requirements, weight and disability restrictions may apply. All seats will be allocated at the discretion of the pilot in command.
